Refund Policy

Exchange Policy: 

We offer free exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us at info@shoplinkd.com with your order number and the item/size you wish to exchange it for. Exchanges are subject to availability. Please note return package must be returned in it's original packaging and the jewelry must show no signs of wear. Failure to do say may result in a deduction from your original form of payment when the refund is processed.

Return Policy:

To initiate a return, log in to your account here and select the order and item that you want to submit the return for. If your return request is approved, you will receive a separate email with a prepaid shipping label to return your order.

We offer returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note return package must be returned in it's original packaging and the jewelry must show no signs of wear. Failure to do say may result in a deduction from your original form of payment when the refund is processed or no refund. 

*Return fees ($12) will be deducted from your original form of payment after the refund is processed.*

We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on custom pieces or sale items. All custom pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Lost Packages: If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you, however, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. No replacements or refunds will be issued for stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure that you provide a shipping address that is attended during the day if your mail area is not secure. 

International Orders: 

If a package is refused for reason of no customs payment, the customer is responsible for reaching out to us and attempt to have it delivered again. We will not refund a customer if their order is refused, we will attempt to ship again to the customer or offer store credit towards their next order, minus the shipping charges.

Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues and all sales are final. Warranty does not apply to international items and customer will have to pay for shipping fees if they wish to have an item repaired due to wear and tear or improper use.
