Exchanges & Returns


Sometimes things just don’t work out

We’re here to help! To initiate a return, log in to your account here and select the order and item that you want to submit the return for. If your return request is approved, you will receive a separate email with a prepaid shipping label to return your order.



We offer free exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us at with your order number and the item/size you wish to exchange it for. Exchanges are subject to availability. Please note return package must be returned in its original packaging and the jewelry must show no signs of wear. Failure to do say may result in a deduction from your original form of payment when the refund is processed.


We accept returns within 7 days from delivery date for unworn and undamaged items. All returned jewelry must arrive in the condition it was received along with the original packaging. Failing to meet these requirements will result in a fee. Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping & handling for their return ($12). *Return fees will be deducted from your original form of payment after the refund is processed.* We do not offer returns or refunds on custom pieces or sale items. All custom pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return.

It can take up to 1–3 business days to process your refund once we’ve received the package. We will send you an email confirmation once it’s complete. Please allow 5–10 business days for refund transactions to reflect on your bank statement after completion.


All pieces are handcrafted to order and shipped from the United States. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped out. Once your order is shipped out, it can take between 2-5 business days for your order to arrive.

US Shipping: We offer free Standard Domestic Shipping on all orders over $100 and Expedited Shipping for $7.99. All Standard Domestic Shipments are mailed through USPS. Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package. We do not refund packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. 

* Above delivery estimates do not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Estimated delivery date may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer’s end.

International Orders: International orders will be shipped via DHL and shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that LINK'D THE LABEL does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

If a package is refused for reason of no customs payment, the customer is responsible for reaching out to us and attempt to have it delivered again. We will not refund a customer if their order is refused, we will attempt to ship again to the customer or offer store credit towards their next order, minus the shipping charges.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for any items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

Please note, we do not cover shipping costs for international returns or exchanges. All customers are responsible for all duties and taxes related to their return or exchange. 

Lost Packages: If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you, however, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
