Shipping policy

 

Shipping:

All pieces are handcrafted to order and shipped from the United States. Please allow 5-7 business days for production and 2-5 business days for your package to arrive. 

US Shipping: We offer free Standard Domestic Shipping on orders all orders over $125 and Expedited Shipping for $9.99. All Standard Domestic Shipments are mailed through USPS. Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package. We do not refund packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. 

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for any items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

Lost Packages : If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you, however, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
